The Penn Club Baseball team is an athletic organization that strives to provide student-athletes with the opportunity to compete at a high level while developing a strong sense of team values and camaraderie.
We are part of the National Club Baseball Association, which consists of teams from across the country. We play a Fall season from September-November (four-six games) and a Spring season from March-May (thirteen-fifteen games). Practices are held twice a week at Penn’s Annex Sports Facility. The number of players varies every year, but usually sits between thirty and thirty-five guys. The team consists of Penn undergraduate and graduate students. Tryouts are held in mid-September at Penn’s Meiklejohn Staduim.
Who we play
We play in the NCBA’s Division II District II South Region, which also consists of St. Joseph’s, Rowan, Neumann University, Temple University, and Villanova University. In addition to our league schedule, we play games against teams in the Philadelphia area and northeast region.
